• monday.com user ID
• monday.com account ID
• Board ID
• Ticket ID
• Access token to authenticate and authorize your account (stored securely in monday.com's SecureStorage)
• The full name of the user who installed the app on the account
• Email address
• Account size (max number of users in your organization)

How We Use Your Information

We use this information to:

• Enable the functionality of the Snooze and Unsnooze features on your boards
• Manage the app's integration with the monday.com platform
• Communicate with you about important updates related to the app or your subscription
• Respond to inquiries and provide customer support
• Reach out to you for feedback, surveys, and to understand how we can improve the app to better serve your needs
• Gain insights into the sizes of organizations using our product to better understand our user base and their needs

Storing Your Information

We store your name and email address securely in our Supabase database. Supabase complies with GDPR regulations and ensures that any data transfers outside of the European Economic Area (EEA) are protected by Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs). Your data is stored in the United States, and we have signed a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) with Supabase to ensure its security and compliance.

Sharing Your Information

We do not share your personal information with any third parties, except as necessary to provide our services (e.g., through the monday.com platform or Supabase) or as required by law.

Your Rights

Data Retention
